Important Registration Information

  • The Tumblebus is a “gym on wheels” for ages 2 +

  • We come right to your child’s daycare once a week

  • 30 minute classes (same day and time each week)

  • New themes each week

  • 4 classes per month – each yearly session runs September - Early August (You can sign up anytime!)

  • Each “Session” is 44 weeks (11 months). Each calendar year starts the first week of September and runs through July/early August (schedule will be posted at the daycare)

  • When you register, it is a monthly membership that will continue until you cancel. The 1-2 August classes are included as part of July’s schedule, so no payment is charged for August.

  • You can sign up and discontinue at any time – a 2 week notice is required and must be done before the 1st of the month in order to ensure automatic payments can get cancelled.

  • If you pay for full year and withdraw services, we will transfer membership to your new center or will give a partial refund.

  • Superstar Tumblebus is allowed 2 missed classes per year (due to weather conditions or bus breakdown) that will not be made up. Any additional missed classes will be rescheduled. These will not be refunded.

  • If child/daycare misses classes on scheduled bus day, those classes are not prorated or rescheduled

  • If you sign up for automatic payments, you will be charged monthly until you discontinue services.

  • There is a $30 fee for any returned check or auto payment. Returned payments may result in required cash or venmo payments.

  • By registering, you hereby give my permission to Superstar Tumblebus to use photos of my child in marketing materials for Superstar Tumblebus only. (If you do not want your child’s image to be used, please email us directly. Thank you)

  • For the acceptance of the child names above into the Superstar Tumblebus, the undersigned parent or guardian agrees to forever discharge Superstar Tumblebus from any actions, claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kids relating to all activities related to the Superstar Tumblebus and further acknowledges that this is a complete release from all injuries and damages which the child above may sustain as a result of participating in any activities.

Cost is $55/Month (per child) (+$15 annual registration fee per family added to the first month of classes)
So $70 for the 1st month, then $55/month going forward. YOU CAN SIGN UP OR CANCEL AT ANYTIME. (Just see our cancellation policy)

A yearly membership is $605 for all 11 months

WAYS TO PAY: ACH Online or Card (via Stripe), Venmo, Apple Cash, Cash, or Check

WHEN PAYING, PLEASE PUT YOUR CHILD’S NAME AND DAYCARE IN THE MEMO LINE OR ON THE VENMO/APPLE CASH TRANSACTION.

  • CHECKS/CASH (please leave in an envelope) can be given directly to your daycare provider. Please make sure to include your child’s name for our records.

  • VENMO payment can be sent to @superstar-tumblebus. (Once you send the initial payment, please set up automatic payments through venmo - you can reach out for help or a google search will give you step by step instructions.) Please include your child’s name and daycare in the memo.

  • Online payments are done through STRIPE (a safe and verified platform that many businesses use) Please use ACH if possible, as it avoids our business from the extra fees charged for using debit/credit cards

  • APPLE CASH - send to 605-201-5076. After sending payment, please send a text with child’s name and daycare so we can update the records! Please also set up recurring payments. Thank you!

  • IF PAYING FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR, PLEASE ONLY USE CHECK/VENMO/APPLE CASH OR IF PAYING VIA STRIPE ONLY USE THE ACH OPTION. THANK YOU!

Important note: If you'd like to register more than 1 child, simply adjust the quantity on the Stripe Checkout page to how many children you have. The $15 annual fee is per-family, so no need to adjust there.
